Greatly enjoyed an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in the room. Remote location close enough to Bicester and Le Manoir Au Quatre Saisons, Waterperry Gardens which are an excellent day out, and beautiful surroundings, it was in a beautiful area. Also, St Mary The Virgin was 2 km away from the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The big TV screen added to the enjoyment of the stay. Helen, the host, was competent and always provided excellent advice for exploring Oxford.
Felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B in a peaceful setting. The communal garden area, surrounded by beautiful surroundings, was a delightful spot to relax. The spacious and clean room had a strong shower and the host was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and a beautifully cooked meal. I also enjoyed the view of the lovely wild garden, where I spotted woodpeckers and kites, creating a serene atmosphere.
The only downside was that the sign for the house was difficult to see in poor weather conditions.

The breakfast, prepared by the attentive cook, was delicious, especially the high-quality sausages and bacon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The breakfast was exceptional, with a perfectly cooked full English and fresh fruit salad. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature and wildlife. We also had access to a communal garden area with two extra rooms in the house.
The hotel lacked good eating places nearby.
